Opilio canestrinii

Opilio canestrinii is an invasive species that originates from the Apennines, but has expanded over large parts of Europe in the past decades and, as it seems, has for the most part replaced Opilio parietinus and probably reduced some other species. Although colour can be quite variable and leg colouring notably less developed in juveniles and sub-adults the adults usually have a orangey-reddish colouring of the body, normally with a few rows of small white stripes and very dark, almost black legs.
