1. The march on Friday was promoted in an article in the Observer today. However, it was described as a "peace march" to commemorate Veterans' Day. While we support peaceful actions and veterans' rights, these are not the focus of our all-inclusive movement. We may get an influx of veterans or families of soldiers on Friday. Make sure that these people are aware that they are welcome and that we wish to address their issues, but veterans are not the main focus.

2. Judi was previously the main "point person" in charge of the march, but she would no longer like to keep this responsibility. We need someone who will be available from 10:30 until 3:30 Friday to be the main accountable person for the march.

3. SUNY Professor Dennis Collins has offered extra credit to his students if they come to Occupy Fredonia. There is a sign-in sheet and assignment to give to students, both are in the logbook. Professor Collins is helping us out by sending his students down here, so be as friendly and welcoming as possible.

4. Troy Howard has offered to take professional quality video of the occupation, rally, and march. If anyone has a problem with being filmed for any reason, please let us know.

5. Judi is looking for more speakers on a variety of subjects for the rally on Saturday. If you have experience with public speaking, now's your chance to speak your mind to a willing audience!

6. At this point in the occupation, flyers can be made by anyone without consulting the event planning or outreach working group. If you want to create and post a flyer, go ahead. Just make sure the specific information (time, place, etc.) is accurate.
