Regional High School Student Production Awards
Awards eligibility period: March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023. Entry Deadline: March 15, 2023.
Access Sacramento High School PSA Project
Access Sacramento High School PSA Project. High school media production classes in Sacramento County. Students are given an opportunity to create a public service announcement for a local nonprofit or governmental agency. These organizations will then select as many of the PSAs as they like for cablecast on Access Sacramento. They also sponsor a Teen Radio Drama Contest.
Directing Change
Directing Change Offers high school students in your district the exciting opportunity to participate in a statewide film contest, and schools the chance to win a cash prize and receive suicide prevention or mental health programs for their campus.
The SEVA Awards
Sacramento Educational Video Awards Contest For 32 years, SECC has worked with students and teachers exploring the value of video production. The SEVA contest is open to all Sacramento county and regional students K-20 and celebrates the talents and visions of student video producers. Winners and participants are recognized at SECC's SEVA Award Night each spring and winning videos and producer interviews are shown on cable and online.

STN supports, promotes, and recognizes excellence in scholastic broadcasting,
creative video and filmmaking, and media convergence.
