Christian Aid Special
Jon Ure and Bill Strach plan to cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats. Christian Aid Scotland will provide Christian Aid cycle shirts, tee shirts and stickers. They will also endeavour to visit as many churches as possible, especially cathedrals. They ask that church members might support them in their efforts, and they suggest a sponsorship of one penny a mile. The maximum mileage will be one thousand miles – amounting to just £10.
