Instructions for Esri UC 2016:

EVERY GGLead 2016-2017 member/team SHALL present a map at the UC Map Gallery! This is one of the things you agreed to when applying for the team!

REGISTER YOUR MAP at the Esri UC website NO LATER THAN MAY 20! Follow instructions at https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1GQnF8wYvpJuHXOcfntAjIf_6XCD5-73QRMq3n5AmntA/edit?usp=sharing (go to slide 19)

• Set paper size to 30"x40" (standard foam core poster size). Paper cannot exceed 42" on one side (printer and paper size limitation)

• Export the map to a high-quality PDF and carefully check for accuracy and correct rendering

  • If you created the map in PowerPoint, consider uploading the PPT file as well, using the same filename.

• File naming: STATE_BriefMapTitle (example: TN_NolichuckyRiver.pdf)

• Upload the map(s) using the "ADD FILES" link below.

• UPLOAD YOUR MAP NO LATER THAN JUNE 15!

Additional maps for 4-H booths at EdUC Expo and UC Map Gallery:

• We encourage you to bring a different map for our booths to showcase more of your works.

• Experience has taught us that these maps should be smaller, such as 15"x20" or 17"x22", in order to better fit our space.

• Upload these maps as well, following instructions above.

• YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER THESE MAPS FOR THE UC!
