Introduction

The "Heavy Frame Moorehouse Gyrolin" was made in Australia by a company called "Moorhouse Machinery" and has now morphed into "ARCTEC ENGINEERING".

Manual

Operation

• Adjust top link to level machine

• Adjust top link to lift machine at the front for heavy cutting

• Operate machine at 54p PTO RPM

• Adjust Skids to cutting height

Caution

• For security the nyloc nut used on the blade bolt should be renewed with each replacement

Maintenance

• Check safety clutch for slipping after season storage & protect from weather to avoid seizer

• Regularly check all nuts & bolts for security

• Keep blades sharp to save power & ensure neater cutting jobs

• Maintain level in gearbox with Castrol CL

• Grease all points after 4 hours of work

• Prior to use, grease PTO shaft so that it slides easily
