Added solution dropping from purification column...Added clickable handle to column...Added looking at fritter filter.... Added solution flowing through filter and resin capturing proteins... Working on another part of the animation....this has taken a while... needed to figure out bunsen burner.... figured how to heat...figured how to streak along plate...figured out how to leave line of bacteria... figured out how to reheat... Protein Expression and Purification (almost the final version) starting to put different parts of animation together....to figure out what I am missing :-) fixing up some of the links... |
