Our Mission
To teach and promote the art, history, and practice of quilters and quilt-making and to help people in need as we do so.
There's nothing more exciting than starting a new project.
Mountain Laurel Quilters is a Homemaker Club of the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service in London, KY. Our mission is to teach and promote the art, history and practice of quilters and quilt-making and to help people in need as we do so.
We meet the first Saturday of every month (except June) at the Extension Office in London. Our meetings begin at 10:00 a.m. and last into the afternoon. We open the doors at 9 to start the sewing and fellowship. Anyone interested in the art of quilting is welcome.
