General Guidelines:

• • Please bring your entire case file at every visit in case your doctor needs to review previous information

  • While waiting for your consultation please organise your case history, reports and querries.

  • Feel free to contact us in case of any doubt or queries; for any clarification contact our staff at Hematology & Immunology Cell between 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm.

  • Keep your MOBLILE phones off or on SILENT Mode when you are in the consultation room.

  • Please ask for and check our Schedule of Charges before consultation.

  • Please Note that every visit is charged.

  • Please Note: Telephonic Consultations will be charged as per follow up visit charges.

  • E mail consultation and advice will also be similarly charged.

  • Please do not keep credit and Clear your pending bills immediately as it is difficult to keep track of credits of all patients.

  • Please collect your Bills on the same day.

  • Cheques are not acceptable as a Mode of Payment.

  • DD are acceptable as a mode of Payment.

  • Please collect your reports and Bone Marrow Slides with in 8 days.

  • As a Principle all relevant Slide Material of Bone Marrow is issued to the patient & Hematology Cell DOES NOT Preserve your Bone Marrow & Peripheral Smears slides after More than 1 Month.

  • Please Make sure you collect & Preserve your Bone Marrow Slides.

  • Make sure you also collect your blood reports with in 8 days of the tests.

  • Home visits can be best avoided as there is very little a Doctor can do at Home.

  • In case of Dispute or Difference of Opinion please maintain the dignity and honour of Hematology & Immunology Cell.

  • We follow a Fixed Rate Policy SO PLEASE DO NOT ask for Concessions and Price Reduction.

  • For Needy Patients we will be most willing to HELP at OUR DISCRETION.
