Twin Cities Open Water Half-Marathon!

Important: Stage III is a separate registration; National Championship

REGISTRATION:  Registrants aged 18+ should list their personal information for the "parent/guardian" section as well as the "athlete" section.

TCOWHM series:

     - $200  for 5 swims ($40 each)... this includes JJ Hill 1 mi; this does NOT include Square Lake 5K, that is a separate registration

     - $100 pair of swims (Harriet 1 mi & 2 mi,  JJ Hill 2 mi & 1 mi)

     - $60 per swim
