[Google Scholar] [LinkedIn] [CV]

Hi there! A warm welcome to my web abode. I am a Research Scientist at the Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories (MERL), MA, USA. I recently graduated with a PhD from the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), IL, USA where I worked under the supervision of Prof. Narendra Ahuja. As part of my PhD program, I also collaborated closely with Dr. Anoop Cherian

But saying just that would mean a story that is only half told. I also enjoy reading, traveling, capturing the outside world in digital pixels and listening to music, mostly folk. And my Kolkata -centric upbringing, I guess, implies my epicurean nature as well!

Please feel free to browse through the other pages to know more about me, my work and my interests. Also please don’t hesitate to reach out to me for internship opportunities at MERL. Please refer to the Contact page for more details.

I really appreciate the time you took to visit this page. :)
