There is a workshop or meeting every month except December:

They are held on the last weekend of the month, every odd month on a Sunday, and every even month on a Saturday.

Meetings are every 3 months (January, April, July and October).

Workshops are held in the remaining months.

Order of events TBA

We would normally start at 10:30 for 11am (coffee & chat for the first half hour), and finishes about 15:30.

We aim to teach a vibrant mix of tutored skills as we look to complete our first display from scratch.

We will help you through the bits you feel you need help in - not the bits you feel you can already do.

Expert help and advice available at all times.

When we start up in the Community Centre again (Maybe June 2021):

We charge £3 each for the hire of the hall.

Bring a packed lunch. (we will have a break at about 13:00).

Free coffee, tea and biscuits till they run out.

We will finish at 15:30.

We started at 10:30 with tea/coffee and got down to something useful around 11:00

Setting the servos for point operation

Setting up solenoid operated points.

Programming CBUS events

Fitting bus wire connectors between boards

Kit building

Testing of work completed.

It only caught fire once.....
