Wishlist
This website will hopefully give you a sense of the kind of things I enjoy receiving as gifts while still offering plenty of room for creativity.
Wishlists
For those who prefer the more straightforward gifting option.
Home Items
After moving in December 2021, the nesting wishlist has begun to balloon.
A glitter epoxy floor for my garage
L-TEK Ex Pro 2 USB Dance Pad with select/start button add-on
Virtually Guaranteed Successes
These are mostly treat items I rarely buy for myself but definitely enjoy owning.
Tarot and oracle decks
I have a small collection, and additions are welcome. I especially like decks that focus on animals or nature, rather than humans.
The Tessera Oracle is quite spendy but also quite appealing to me.
Rocks, stones, and crystals
I don't believe they have any particular power or meaning, but I like beautiful things to set on my altar. Spheres and palm stones are particular favorites.
My favorite stones are labradorite and opal. I also especially like obsidian, quartz, selenite, fluorite, chrysocolla, moonstone, onyx, citrine, black tourmaline, and hematite, but anything beautiful is welcome.
Perfume oils
I tend toward woody and earthy scents like musk and bergamot, but enjoy variety. I have a large collection of BPAL imps and certainly am interested in exploring more.
Aromatherapy sprays
Sandalwood, rose, citrus, anything to freshen up or cleanse a room. Mood Magic from Cocofusions is a particular favorite.
Art supplies, especially...
Metal stamps
I have plenty of alphabets, but fun symbols are always welcome. I mostly have 4mm alphabets and 6mm symbols, but I'm flexible.
RMP aluminum stamping blanks
Bracelets, pendants, punched, unpunched, I'll use 'em all.
Pens and ink
I prefer demonstrator fountain pens; the more transparency, the better
I love inks of all kinds, with a soft spot for Pilot Iroshizuku
Watercolor Supplies
Paperwise, I use Fluid blocks for practice and would like to try out CfM grid, circle, and graph papers
The Art of Soil travel palette is quite spendy but also quite appealing to me
I'm not using Copic markers as much as I used to, but my Coloring page has a list of the markers I already own.
Threadless/push pin/push in earring tops
I wear an unthreaded 14g post in both of my earlobes, which is compatible with 14-25g pins
Heavy necklaces and rings
I especially like pewter and platinum, but anything with heft to it is good for me. My ring sizes are between a 9 and a 12, depending on the finger.
Wool socks
I wear an 8.5 in women's and prefer light or medium cushioning in a crew sock, as knee highs don't usually make it around my calves
Black, patterned, fun colors, all are good in the land of socks
Flight Rising gems
Flight Rising is a browser-based dragon game I've been playing since 2016, and gems are the site's premium currency, which I can use to buy pets and outfits for my dragons (among other things). There isn't a way to gift gems without having an account yourself, but funds earmarked for this purpose won't be diverted.
Caveat Emptor
There are some things that come with a lot of "well, it depends." These are those things.
Clothing
I wear a 2X in most "slim/women's cut" t-shirts, a M/L in most "unisex" cuts and an 18/2X in most dresses and bottoms. Black and dark grey are my preferred colors.
Things That Don't Work
It's definitely the thought that counts, but not every gift is right for me. Here are some items I'd advise against purchasing for me.
Regular earrings
Most earrings are 18g and my earlobes are stretched to a wider 14g, so I'm not able to wear normal earrings
Blankets
Physical books
Unless I can use them for work (and thus store them there), I don't have a spot for physical books in my home
Tea
I don't drink caffeine and I have more tisane than I know what to do with.
Shoes
Art or prints
My nesting partner and I prefer to decide what is displayed in our home together
