Tenancy
The lease comes into effect once the rent has been paid. The agreement is mutual. The termination of the tenancy must be announced two weeks earlier. A written lease is made on the Lease Form.
*Restoration
As a subject of cultural heritage The Vintage Inn is restored to its original glory by students of Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences and Kouvola Vocational Institute. Restoration work is done out of tourist season. On weekends there is no restoration work.
