Summer vacation on Guilford Lake at Marks Landing's Lake House
The newly remodel home provides a unique vacation setting including all the amenities of your own home.
The house can be rented weekly from 6pm Sunday to 12pm the following Sunday.
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit due at the time contract is signed.
The cost of the Lake House is $1200.00 per week
Included in the rental is:
Central Air,
Dishwasher
Washer/Dryer
Pontoon Boat
Corn hole Boards
Fire Pit
Gas Grill
All linens and towels
Fully stocked kitchen
All you need to bring is food and clothing.
The "Lake House" is available for rent in the winter by the month, week or weekend
