Therapy is about building and understanding choices that we either don't have at our disposal or don't feel are a "real" choice. We work, as a team, to allow you to get unstuck. Understanding of choices, awareness of how to make a conscious choice, and committing to new choices makes it possible to move on from that stuck place.
