LEGO® Architecture Camp, $500.00, July 4 - 8, 2022 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, 7 - 12yrs., # 124624
Recreate and reimagine our local West Vancouver Seawall with LEGO®! After a seaside walk to observe buildings, railway tracks, roads and beach activities, the camp will come together to draft up a plan for recreating seawall with LEGO® bricks following STEAM Educational Objectives. You'll also get a chance to build a LEGO® Architectural model of your choice!

Visualize, create, and build using LEGO® Education kits. In this hands-on class, participants develop skills in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics, while exploring simple machines such as screws, levers, pulleys, wheels, and axles. Students will build a variety of projects including drills, windmills, hand wavers, zip lines, cranes, universal joints, cars, helicopters, and more! Time permitting a new educational LEGO® kit called Brick QMotion Essential will be introduced.

The two challenge kits used will be the Green City Challenge and Space Challenge, Mars. Each child will be assigned their own LEGO® educational kit and computer to program the robots.
