9:00-11:00 Session 3: Lightning Session – Early-Stage work, Chair: John Maluccio

11:30-1:00 Lunch and Publishing Panel with Jeff Carpenter, James Jermain Professor of Political Economy at Middlebury College

and Eric Edmonds, Professor of Economics at Dartmouth College

1:00-2:30pm Session 4: Experiments in East Africa, Chair: Erick Gong

Full paper sessions: Each of the three full-paper sessions will have three papers and run for 90 minutes. Presenters will each have 20 minutes, discussants will have 5 minutes, and we will have 5 minutes for questions.

Early-stage work session: There will be 6 presenters in the session on early-stage work and the session will run for 2 hours. Each presenter will have 10-12 minutes to present followed by 8-10 minutes for questions from the audience (no formal discussants). There will be an appetizer/coffee break directly after the session so that conversation about presentations can continue.
