Tyrell Nexus 6 was programmed by Urs Heckmann (mastermind of u-he) for Amazona.de.
This is a virtual analog software synthesizer: the sound engine is circuit-modeled and is similar to the u-he "ACE". The features are those that we may expect from a vintage synthesizer like the Juno series from Roland.
