The K.I. Courier regularly updated their bulletin detailing the Island's "Quota".

Six such listings are shown below, starting with 16 on 1st April 1915 and ending with 139 in Dec1918.

1st April 1915

KINGSCOTE. The recruiting movement is meeting with success here. Five more men are leaving in a few days for the city, but there are many more who have not yet answered the call. Altogether 25 have gone from Kangaroo Island. They are as follow: Messrs. Glen Bates, Allen Lashmar, Alex Marshall, George Neave, Stanford Simpson, Reginald Wilson, Reginald Airy, Victor Opie, William Thomas, Ernest Thomas, Charles Waller, Harold J. Barnes, Frank Burdon, L. Burdon, Walter Clark, Wickham E. Daw, Henry Green, George Keley, Harold Keley, Clair Lashmar, Joseph Olds, Harold Ewart Partridge, Allan E. Stodart, L. C. Waller, and A. A.
