Kaist and Daedeok Toastmasters Club are hosting the speech contest
to shape up KAIST students as future leaders of the world
Time schedule:
Speech Workshop November 15th, 19:30-21:30 E11, Terman Hall
Semi-finals November 24th, 19:30- N4, #1101 Auditorium of College of Culture and Science
Finals December 1st, 19:30- E11, Terman Hall
Purpose:
· Experience public speech in English
· Promote cooperation amongst students during preparing for and participating in the contest
· Infuse students with confidence in public speaking
· Discover a hidden talent as a good communicator
· Create a culture of mastering communication skills amongst students
Awards:
Winners would be awarded with certificates and cash vouchers.
Winner: 400,000 won gift certificate (1 person)
1st runner-ups: 200,000 won gift certificate for each person (2 people)
2nd runner-ups: 150,000 won gift certificate for each person (2 people)
