Regular entrants (“Frills” included) will receive a pre-race meal, post race meal, race shirt, and a finisher’s award.  “No Frills” entrants only receive aid during the race and a post-race meal.  “No Frills” entrants are NOT eligible for placement awards and will not receive finishers’ awards or a race shirt.

Release: I understand that the Iron Mountain Trail Run is a difficult and possibly hazardous event, and I could be injured participating in this run.  Fully understanding these risks, I hereby, for myself, heirs, executors and assigns, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Iron Mountain Trail Race, US Forest Service, the Town of Damascus, USATF, race management, sponsors, their representatives, successors or assigns, for injuries suffered in said event.  I agree that by signing this release that I am adequately trained and prepared for this event.
