Notes for Authors

Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they have not been published, submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication. If copyrighted material is used, the author should obtain the necessary copyright release and submit it along with the manuscript. If you have any questions, please contact the Managing Editor (ijcsiseditor@gmail.com), and always inform editors in your submission cover letters of any possible conflicts.

All papers of the journal are peer reviewed by two independent reviewers. Acceptance is granted when both reviewers' recommendations are positive.

Submissions must include a title, abstract, keywords, author(s) and affiliation(s), email address(es). Please indicate the email address(es) of corresponding author and ALL co-authors.

Authors submitting a revised manuscript need to outline separately the response to the reviewers’ comments including changes introduced to the manuscript.

There will be a Manuscript handling, processing and publication charge for accepted paper.

Paper Submission Guidelines

The submitted papers MUST be written in English,

- either double-column pages (preferably not exceeding 12 pages), and SHOULD follow IEEE paper templates available at IJCSIS template (IJCSIS paper format attachment below).

- or single column pages (not exceeding 24 pages), and SHOULD follow IEEE paper templates available at IJCSIS template (IJCSIS paper format attachment below).

All manuscripts are to be submitted to the Editor (ijcsiseditor@gmail.com). Please submit the following:

i. MS Word file included manuscript (IJCSIS-Paper-Format)

ii. PDF file manuscripts

iii. IJCSIS Copyright Form (Copyright form.pdf ) or (Copyright-form.doc)

Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that it has been neither published nor submitted for publication, in whole or in part, either in a serial, professional journal or as a part in a book which is formally published and made available to the public. For the mutual benefit and protection of authors and publishers it is necessary that authors provide formal written consent to publish and transfer of copyright for the publication of the article.
