The services of Sri Harjinder Singh, a member of the West Bengal Judicial Service now posted as Registrar (Inspection-II), High Court, Appellate Side, Calcutta are hereby placed at the disposal of the Government of West Bengal, in the Judicial Department for his appointment to the post of Chairman, West Bengal Co-operative Tribunal vice Sri Debi Prasad Mallick, since transferred.

NOTIFICATION
The Governor is pleased in the interest of public service to appoint Shri Harjinder Singh, a retired member of the West Bengal Judicial Service and Ex-Registrar (Inspection)-II High Court Appellate Side, Calcutta as the Chairman of the West Bengal Cooperative Tribunal, Kolkata with effect from the date of his assuming charge and until further order.
2. Shri Singh will hold office for a period of two years with effect from the date of his assuming Charge.
3. Shri Singh will draw salary and allowances as last drawn by him where he is a retired officer minus the amount of pension as being drawn by him now.
