Ministries

Where do I fit?

In our society, time is our number one commodity.  Our relationship with God is reflected in how we choose to use our time.  As believers, we are called to serve.  Think about ways that you can make an impact in our church.

Pray about where God might be moving you to serve.  Don't be surprised if He stretches you outside your comfort zone.  Then, come back, contact an clergy member, and we would love to connect you to fulfill the calling God has for you.

Acolytes

We assist the priests at God's Table and the congregation throughout the service.  Leading by our example of dignity and reverence; thereby proclaiming the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ's Love.

An acolyte serves God through his service in the church.  Acolyte means “one who serves”.  The acolytes are instrumental in helping the services to run smoothly.  Acolytes also aid in the worship of the other Congregation members.  Acolytes are leaders in the church through the examples they set at the altar.

Altar Flowers

Parishioners who wish to honor a loved one or acknowledge a special occasion such as a memorial, anniversary or birthday, may contribute to the weekly altar flowers.

Altar Guild

The Altar Guild of Holy Trinity is dedicated to serving the Lord in the tasks of caring for the altar and its vestments.  Each member's dedication is shown by the commitment of time and care spent preparing for and being present at each service including baptisms, weddings, and funerals.

Anniversary/Birthday Card

We believe that greeting cards are a personal expression, a tool for communication, and a means for building and strengthening relationships.

Bible Study

Our ministry seeks to reach out to all who struggle with questions of faith through conversation, study, worship, fellowship and social service.  All these are aspects of the life of faith.  We look to help individuals develop their own self-understandings of the world and their place in it.  We believe that conversation among those who differ in opinion and outlook makes everyone stronger in their own identities and convictions.

The Building and Grounds ministry is responsible for maintaining the church building, property and grounds in the best possible condition

Calling Committee

The purpose of the Calling Committee is to minister to the needs of our congregation by keeping in touch with our members through telephone calls.  When people are absent from church for an extended time or when they have special happenings within the family such as death or birth or hospitalization, it is important for them to know that their church family is concerned and cares about them.

Communion Bread Bakers

Bakers are nurtured in their faith through knowledge of service to God and others.  God is honored when we dedicate our time to serving the kingdom in ways that help others.  Others receive the sacrament of Holy Communion, through which we receive God’s grace.
