Welcome to the Great Ayton Scottish Country Dance Club

Serving Teesside and North Yorkshire areas

We welcome new members of all ages and standards to our weekly dance classes. No previous experience is required, and you do not need a partner to be able to attend. If you have danced all your life, or never  tried it before, come along and give it a go. It is a great way to exercise, to have fun, and to meet new people. 

Dance Classes

The classes will be held every Wednesday evening from 7:30 till 9:30 in the Women's Institute Hall in Great Ayton, North Yorkshire, (except for the second Wednesday in each month when they are in the Parochial Hall), from 6 September 2023 through to 19 June 2024 (except 20 Dec and 27 Dec).  Dances include selections from the RSCDS (Royal Scottish Country Dance Society)  books, and also many new ones. New dancers will be helped with the steps.

Subscriptions

Yearly Subscription  -  £6.00

Plus £4.00 weekly class fee
