Our first goal is to study the Great Depression, which is what led to the birth of the discipline of Macroeconomics.

1. REQUIRED: For this purpose, first watch the 40m Video about “Grapes of Wrath”, John Steinbeck’s famous novel about the misery caused by the Great Depression.

2. OPTIONAL: Download and Read History of the Great Depression (do this in background, at your leisure).
