"RNA/peptide binding driven by electrostatics - Insight from bi-directional pulling simulations," by T. Do, P. Carloni, G. Varani, and G. Bussi, has been accepted for publication on J. Chem. Theory Comput. In this work we present a method aimed at studying RNA/peptide binding by pulling on the electrostatic interaction free energy.
