VarGibbs: Calculates nearest-neighbour parameters from melting temperatures
VarGibbs implements a new optimization method which calculates nearest-neighbour entropies and enthalpies from melting temperatures. Parameters are available for DNA, RNA, and DNA-RNA hybrids. For DNA and RNA there are specific parameters at various salt concentrations.
