7:30 Meet in front of Yanmar Building opposite Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station
東京駅前のヤンマービルの前に集合
8:00 Bus leaves Tokyo for Iizaka onsen - capacity 50 Gathering
50名乗りバス 東京出発
Train to Fukushima 1.5 hours -- Shinkansen cost Y9,980 one way.
福島駅 新幹線で１時間半 ９，９８０円
Local train 23 mins Fukushima/Iizaka onsen (Y360 o/w).
福島駅より各駅停車で飯坂温泉（３６０円）２３分
Bring own lunch but need combini locations etc.
朝食は各自持参

チェック・アウト、荷物の積み込み（バス・電車）
10:30 Hangover run; single trail about 8 -10km, but shortcuts run of 5 to 7 km.
ハングオーバー・ラン（二日酔いラン）開始、１コースのみ８－１０ｋｍ、５－７ｋｍの近道もあり
