Japan Hashers:
Mark your calendars for the first ever 4H (Hayama Hash House Harriers) out-station run, to be held in Fukushima on the weekend of 7th & 8th April 2012. All hashers are welcome – let’s show our support for the people of Fukushima!
Registration will be open on Friday, 6th April from early evening, prior to the 16:45 pre-lube run and again on Saturday late morning, prior to the first run. The main runs (a 10 - 12km 'long' run and a 7-8km 'short' run) will be on Saturday afternoon, 7th April, followed by a scrumptious feast, lots of merriment and, of course, beer! On Sunday (late) morning, for those Hashers capable of rising, there will be a "Hangover Run" and, yes, more beer!
Spouses and partners welcome.
4H will provide a 'goody bag' full of Hash souvenirs, hash hymnal and haberdashery items – and there will be opportunities for you to explore Fukushima on your own, on Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon. The cost will be Y15,000 who join from Saturday and Y20,000 who join from Friday(which will include a charity donation).

4H（葉山ハッシュハウスハリアーズ）の最初の番外イベントとして、2012年4月7日(土)、8日（日）に福島県での開催を予定しています。全てのハッシュの方の参加を歓迎します。私たちの福島を応援する気持ちを示して、一緒に福島を盛り上げましょう！
4月6日（金）の5:30のプレリュードランの前夜に受付を開始し、土曜のメインのランの前の朝遅めの時間にも再び受付をします。
メインのラン（10-12kmのロングランと7-8kmのショートラン）は土曜の午後です。美味しい食事と陽気なにぎわいともちろんビールも用意します！日曜日の（遅めの）朝に、起きられたハッシャーには"Hangover Run"（二日酔いラン）とさらにビールをご用意します！
"goody bag"（ハッシュのお土産が入ったお楽しみ袋）、"hash hymnal " （ハッシュの歌詞カード）、雑貨などのお土産も用意する予定です。そして、これはあなた自身で福島を探検する機会です費用は（義援金込みで）土曜から参加の方が15,000で、金曜から参加の方が20,000円です。
