Working of Propulsion Device

Working: The ball is moved from one end (First combustion chamber) to other end (second combustion chamber) by a starting mechanism; during this air is compressed in that combustion chamber. Heat generated during compression is removed by heat/steam pipes. When the ball reaches the other end ball is locked in that position by a locking mechanism and heat/steam pipes are blocked. The nuclear device is activated by moving rods. The compressed air in that combustion chamber is heated to a certain value determined by the heatwithstanding capacity of materials used. After that lock is opened and ball starts moving in U tube at very high speed due to air pressure. During this space craft moves in opposite direction of ball (forward) according to third law of motion by Newton. As ball moves through the U tube it compresses air at other side of ball. During this compression heat/steam pipes are operating at that (first) combustion chamber to remove heat. As ball reaches first combustion chamber ball is locked and heat/steam pipes are blocked. And nuclear reactor starts operating and above process is repeated to second combustion chamber. This whole cycle is repeated to move space craft forward.

Another U tube with ball at opposite side of that of first U tube can be used to balance lateral forces aroused during turning of ball.

For faster cooling or heat transfer bubble technology (used in jet engine cooling) can be used.
