Youth Club Registration

Below is the registration for the 2023-2024 season.  Please remember to click submit before leaving the page.  Also if you do not get a confirmation email then your registration probably did not go through.  Contact Coach Taft (tafttr@gmail.com) with any issues.

ATTENTION:  We are aware that some iPhone users are having issues with the registration submitting.  If registration fails, let coach Taft know and show up at the parent meeting and we can have you fill out a paper form.
