Low in Fat Apple Crisps

For the topping:

90 g (3/4 cup) all-purpose flour

40 g (1/2 cup) old-fashioned oats

90 g (1/2 cup) brown sugar

50 g (1/2 cup) coconut

50 g (1/2 cup) almonds, sliced

7,5 ml (1 1/2 tsp.) cinnamon

1 ml (1/4 tsp.) ground ginger°

60 ml (1/4 cup) melted butter

60 ml (1/4 cup) applesauce

For the filling:

4 apples, cut into chunks

80 g (1/2 cup) dried golden raisins

100 g (1/2 cup) sugar

15 ml (1 tbsp.) all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 350°F(180°C).

Lightly butter 6 ovenproof bowls.

For the topping:

In a large bol put the flour, the brown sugar, the old-fashioned oats, the coconut, the almonds, the cinnamon, the ground ginger.

Mix well.

Add the melted butter and the applesauce.

Mix gently.

For the filling:

Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Divide the fruit evenly among the cups.

Spoon the topping over the fruit.

Bake the crisps for 35 to 40 minutes.

Let them rest at least 10 minutes before serving.
