All ordered items will be sent by mail. Normally it will take 10 to 20 business days to arrive. It might take longer if it's hold by the customs for investigation. Please note that you may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees which may be imposed by your government. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.

We highly recommend you to send us an email when you are done - when you made your choice. So, please email us for details before you order.

How to Order

         Just send us an e-mail with the list of pendulums that you are ordering, your name and full address. We will respond in the least amount of time with full details of dispatch etc.

Packaging

         All packages are securely wrapped in bubble wrap envelope. Bigger orders are sent out in secure boxes.

Dispatch

         All orders are dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment. Once you have placed your order, it will be handled quickly and efficiently. We do our absolute best to process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of the order being placed from our website by e-mail and cleared payment being received. A dispatch confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when your order has been sent.

         All prices on our website are indicated in Euros (€). For overseas orders, you can use www.xe.com to calculate prevailing exchange rates. There is no minimum or maximum order - the price you see below pendulum - on the bottom of each page, is the price you pay. We do not charge for  packaging and handling. All you have to add to the sum is the postage (actual shipping costs). If you live within driving distance we recommend picking up the package in person to avoid the stress of shipping.

Choosing a pendulum

The methods of choosing a pendulum are varied and there is a simple rule of thumb to observe. That is - whatever works for you is the best for you - as, after all, it is results that count. Having said that, for some forms of energy dowsing one would require a pendulum, which is made of a particular material, in a specific shape or form, and well balanced for a smooth action.

Choose a basic or general dowsing pendulum for general dowsing, e.g. yes and no questioning. This could be a conical or rounded pendulum. Both are precision made to have a good feel in use and have pointed ends to enable them to be used also for dowsing over charts and for map dowsing. These are made of brass, a material that is more neutral than say, wood, glass or crystal. (A crystal pendulum is in effect another energy device and will resonate ... according to the structure ... that can get in the way, or affect some forms of dowsing).

Energy dowsing can take the form of color therapy and chakra balancing with a view to healing on various levels. Choose the Isis pendulum, which is also good for beginners. The Isis generates white and all colors in the white light spectrum. It is self-cleansing by virtue of the white light emanations. The Karnak pendulum is excellent for tuning in to mental questioning and analyzing.

Analyzing energy fields can be done with any pendulum if the right questions are formulated, but with energy pendulums there is no questioning as such, but rather statements. Responses are various and the answer is within the total response cycle.

The Basic Pendulum (B.P.) is most efficient and effective for this type of dowsing and healing. It is very easy to learn to use the B.P. and those new to pendulums find it surprisingly accurate. This is because they have no preconceived attitude towards how a pendulum works or should work. Experienced therapists in other fields of healing have put the B.P. to great use.

Maintenance

Function. All of our pendulums have been cleaned and tested to assure that you receive a piece that is not only attractive but "work" properly. They require very little maintenance.

Endurance will never tarnish or corrode so it is almost maintenance free.

If you decide not to let mother nature take care of your pendulum, you can maintain your piece. As a point of reference, if pendulum is not in use regularly, polishing will be required every several months. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners on brass. Caring for and cleaning your pendulum is a simple process and will keep your instrument looking new throughout the years.

You can use a clean cloth to buff to a desired luster. By following this easy care process, your pendulum will maintain its appealing appearance for years to come.

Pendulums shown in our catalog are made so that they will give you an extra "sharpness" in your work.  Our pendulums are created and developed by domestic experts in the field of dowsing and bioenergy.  They are also known outside the borders of our country as Creators of "Pendulums with soul" that shows a very strong and symmetry results.

All our pendulums are individually produced with special care, from high-quality brass and finished with polishing, in order to get high gloss and brightness, as it would be more suitable for everyday use. Wooden parts are made of special wood from Fruska Gora Mountain. 

Perfect Quality. Quality is given the foremost importance at "Visak" workshop. Rigid quality tests are done under a team of qualified personnel. We have designed our setup in such a way that no product goes out without prior quality test. Raw materials like wood and brass are carefully analyzed before being used. A vigilant eye is kept on the entire process so that all parameters of quality are strictly met.
