CS 7594: Computational Issues in Medicine

This seminar will meet on Wednesday at 4PM in 315 Upson Hall. Topics include: the role of IT in clinical practice; medical imaging problems in CT and MR; data mining; clinical decision support; workflow optimization; electronic medical records and healthcare IT standards. Lectures will be given primarily by attending physicians from the Radiology department at Weill Cornell Medical College. The seminar is open to students at all levels.
