Re: 2016 Football Game Management Information
Welcome to Citrus Valley High School for the 2016 football season, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
Officials: There will be assigned parking for you in the Stadium Parking lot. The 5 closest spots towards the ticket booth. Your Dressing room is in the Home side ticket booth/snack bar building Campus Security will meet you and escort you to your dressing room.
Directions: 10 Fwy. to 210 Exit San Bernardino/ left on Tennessee
Visitors’ Locker room: The visiting team will use our girl’s locker room which is located on the Northeast corner of our gymnasium building. Entry before the game and at halftime only.
Visitors’ Warm up area: The visiting team will warm-up at the South end (opposite the scoreboard side).
Medical Arrangements: Each game (Varsity, JV, and Frosh) will have a physician on duty. Ambulance service is also on site or on call. We have a certified athletic trainer on duty as well as ice on our sideline for injuries. Please provide your own medical supplies.
Security: We have District security, school administrators and Redlands Police officer staffing at every home game.
Press Box: We do not supply sideline phones for our opponents. You will need to bring your own wireless phones/headsets. We also have a room in our press-box available and coaching staff on the south-side side. The top of our press-box is available for your cameraman and one other assistant only.
Hodges Stadium: Citrus Valley has installed field turf and cannot allow Gum, Sunflower Seeds, Gatorade, or any other sticky substance. We are a WATER ONLY facility, and we will fill your water coolers for you. We ask that all athletes that are wearing cleats please use the runners to cross our track surface and running with cleats is prohibited on the track.
Ticket Sales: Tickets go on sale at 3:00 for every home game before the J.V. game 5:00 if there is only a Varsity game. Ticket prices, as established by our Athletic Contracts and Citrus Belt League By-Laws are as follows:

Visitor’s tickets will be sold at the Southwest gate (Located on Pioneer Ave.). Home Tickets will be sold at the Northeast gate
Passes: Only C.I.F. and Mountain Valley League passes will be honored. Please let us know A.S.A.P. if you will have administrators and/or supervision personnel who will be attending. Give us their names so that our gate personnel will know to let them in for free. There will also be a limited number of sideline field passes, All request must be made through our Athletic Director’s office.
Fan Seating: The visitors will sit on the West side stands.
Parking: There is minimal campus parking in our B parking lot (South side of the school entrance on Pioneer Ave. The charge is $5.00. Visiting school administrators may park for free. They just need to identify themselves to the Parking attendant as they enter the lot. The Stadium lot is $10.00 and space is limited. Free parking is available on campus at the East end of the school on Texas Ave. Visitors’ buses may park adjacent to our Visitors’ Locker room on the North West side of campus (by the pool).
Pep Squad / Cheerleaders: All special groups in uniform will be admitted without charge.
Misc: Please fax us a numerical roster for all of your levels as soon as possible so we can use it for our game program and game announcer.
