DC Madam Palfrey

Both DC Madam Palfrey and Brandi Britton a madam in Maryland both worked with CIA Kyle Foggo and CIA Porter Goss, both madams were found hanging to death both hanging with a yellow nylon rope. Palfrey who lived in CA not DC was previously charged and imprisoned for extortion thru her first escort service.
