SCHOOL CALENDAR

Class Hours are 6:10 PM to 8:00PM.

Inclement Weather Policy:

In case of snow or other potentially hazardous weather or emergency situations, a decision may be made to close or delay school. These decisions are made after consulting the National Weather Service, local weather forecasters, and area law enforcement.

Important: never assume that school will be closed, delay opening or close early. School will be open on the regular schedule unless otherwise announced.

As soon as a decision is made, a notice is posted on the school web page and to the school’s e-mail notification service. If you are not able to get the information from any of the above channel, please call your instructors for updates. If Pilgrim United Church of Christ at Durham announces cancellation of all activities due to inclement weather, CHCLCS will also close school on the same day.

Inclement weather make-up days are provided in our academic calendar above. Make-up days are used in the order they appear on the calendar.
