• Machine Learning (with particular emphasis multi-output learning problems - hierarchical/multi-label/multi-target).

• Machine Learning for Data streams.

• Bioinspired algorithms (Artificial Neural Networks, and Evolutionary Algorithms).

• Machine Learning applications, with particular emphasis on Bioinformatics.
