Below you can download all data sets we used for our publication.

• The data used to obtain Table 1. Download
• The full grass trees of the Poaceae data set. This data was used to construct the phylogenetic network in Figure 6. Download
• The data used to obtain Figure 5 and Table 2 in the supplementary material. For each combination of at least two trees, there is a file containing those trees, restricted to common taxa. Download
• The same data as above, but with taxa relabelled to numbers, to make the files compatible with PIRN. Download

The Poaceae grass data set was originally published by the Grass Phylogeny Working Group. Phylogeny and subfamilial classification of the grasses (Poaceae). Annals of The Missouri Botanical Garden, 88:373-457, 2001. This data was later re-analysed by H.A. Schmidt. Phylogenetic trees from large datasets.
