Carman Trout Fishery

Rules.

1.    No fishing without permit

2.    Fly fishing only. 

3.   No fish (other than brown trout) to be returned before bag limit is reached.

4.    All brown trout must be returned safely.

5.    Once angler has caught there limit they must record catch at the hut before proceeding to C&R

6.    No lures

7.    Barbless/Debarbed hooks only to be used

       8    Any angler in breach of  C&R & fishery rules will be asked to leave the fishery without refund & refused return.  

       9    Boats must anchor outside markers in bays & keep 50yds from bank.

    10.    Anchors must be cleared of any weed and mud before bringing back into boat. 

    11.    Life Jackets will be supplied and signed for and must be worn at all times.

    12.    By purchasing a permit you accept using the fishery and facilities at your own risk and accept  we are not liable or responsible for your safety and belongings. including theft and damage.                   

     13.    Management reserve the right to check persons  equipment and vehicles at any time.

    14.    All rules and regulations are in place for your safety and enjoyment.
