Forms & Show Bills

Here is where you will find all the forms you may need to join or use as a member of the Cannon Valley Saddle Club. 

New members: 

• To join please print and complete the CVSC Membership Form and/or the CVSC Guardianship Membership Form, along with the Membership Waiver and the CVSC Photography Waiver and bring them to our next monthly meeting.

Current CVSC members: 

• • Complete the CVSC Membership Form and/or the CVSC Guardianship Membership Form, along with the Membership Waiver

For the General Public: 

• CVSC Open Game Show Bill and Barrel Races and Pole Bending Events Show Bills, are available for printing and viewing.

• CVSC Open Show Pre-Registration forms are available below for printing/downloading so that you may have them ready ahead of time for our July Open Game Show that runs in conjunction with the Rice County Fair.
