Copyright?

A friend has informed me that I have to take into account the copyright laws that are in use in Sweden so I can't publish what ever I want here. Swedish copyright laws says music is free if the composer has been dead for 70 years, because of this I have started to look into the music of the Swedish 18:th century composer Carl-Michael Bellman. He was a troubadour singing about life at the tavern in the alleys in Stockholm. His songs often includes a lot of tribute to wine and drunkenness. He has written some eighty songs about "Movitz", a happy drunk character that liked to fool around, and also about the beautiful "Ulla". They are all numbered epistles. I will do some arrangements of them for various settings. The lyrics often include a lot of "down the hatch" so a swedish singer could be suitable at parties. Without their lyrics they could fit wherever there are an audience.
