Tennis Team Q & A
Do I need to know how to play already?
No experience needed, just sign up, show up, and bring a good attitude.
When are tryouts?
There are no tryouts for tennis. If you want to play we want to give you the chance.
Can parents attend matches?
Yes, we'd love to have you.
When will my child play?
We can't know for sure. It depends on how fast the different matches go. Typically the better players play first so that we have conference results in case we are rained out mid-match.
Will my child get a to play?
We try our best to get every player a match but can not guarantee a match due to different opposing team sizes and skill levels.

BEFORE PRACTICE
Start getting used to the heat. It's only going to get hotter and it can take up to two weeks to fully adjust to the higher temperatures.
Drink plenty of fluids before you arrive at practice.
Use sunscreen. You'll get enough sun this season even with the sunscreen. Your non-leathery skin later in life will thank you.
