1-st floor. There is a bedroom (large double-bed, wardrobe), living-room with a lake view (armchairs, wardrobe, three-seater or a double bed) associated with fully equipped kitchen-dining room, a bathroom/toilet, all rooms are like an apartment as a whole, so it is very comfortable and suitable for two persons (max. 6 people with extra beds). 

(Two-Bedroom Apartment  with Lake View) 

2-nd floor. There are two bedrooms with a lake view (one with large double-bed + extra bed, second bedroom with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with table, chairs, wardrobe, French balcony overlooking the lake), equipped kitchen and bathroom/toilet. Available for a longer period, heated in winter (max. 6 people with extra beds).

Both apartments are air-conditioned  (need to pay extra).

Guests staying with us  have the exclusive right to use our  private yard/beach

(accessible directly across the hall on the ground floor)

This  rental property   (rooms and yard)   

is  a  no-party zone.

Cable TV LED  in each room,  internet for free,  garden-terrace with a private beach at the front,  laundry service ...
