V.Z. Aladjev – academician–secretary of the Baltic Branch of the International Academy of Noosphere, Professor, Doctor of Mathematics (DSc). He was born June 14, 1942 in Grodno, and was baptized on July 14, 1942 in the Farny catholic Church in Grodno (West Belarus). In 1959 he entered the first year of the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the University of Grodno, and in 1962 he was transferred to the Mathematics Department of the University of Tartu (Estonia) which in 1966 he successfully graduated with a degree in Mathematics. In 1969 he entered the graduate school of the Academy of Sciences of the Estonia with a degree in Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, which successfully graduated in 1972 in two specialties at once, Theoretical Cybernetics and Technical Cybernetics. In 1972, he was awarded a doctorate in mathematics (DSc) from prof. R. Bellman (USA) for his work "Mathematical Theory of Homogenious Structures and Their Applications". The work of the same name was recognized as the best monograph of the Academy of Sciences of the ESSR at 1972. Since 1969, Aladjev V. – President of the Tallinn Research Group (TRG) created by him, whose scientific results have received international recognition, primarily in the field of research on the mathematical theory of homogeneous structures (Cellular Automata). From 1972 to 1990, he held senior positions (chief engineer, deputy director for science) in a number of design, technological and research organizations in Tallinn (Estonia). Aladjev's activities at these posts were repeatedly awarded and prizes by the Council of Ministers of the USSR, the Central statistics Committee of the USSR, the All–Union Project–Tecnological Institute of the Central Statistics Committee of the USSR, etc. V.Z. Aladjev – the main author more than 500 scientific and scientific and technical works (including 90 monographs, books and collections of articles) published in the USSR, Russia, Germany, Belarus, Estonia, Lithuania, Ukraine, the GDR, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Japan, the USA, Holland, Bulgaria and Great Britain. Since 1972, he is referent and member of the editorial board of the international mathematical journal "Zentralblatt fur Mathematik" and since 1980, a member of IAMM (International Accociation on Mathematical Modeling, USA). He created the Estonian School for the Mathematical Theory of Homogeneous Structures, the fundamental results of which received international recognition and formed the basis of a new section of modern mathematical cybernetics. A lot of applied works of Aladjev V.Z. refers to computer science, among which it is worth noting widely known books on computer mathematics systems. Along with these original editions, he developed a large UserLib6789 library of new software tools (more than 850) for which he won the Smart Award network award, and a unified MathToolBox package (more than 1420 tools) for Maple and Mathematica systems, respectively, which essentially expand the functionality of these systems. In a number of fields (mathematics, computer science, cellular automata, mathematical packages, etc.) Aladjev V.Z. collaborates with a number of universities in the CIS under the program "Visiting Professor". In May 2015, V.Z. Aladjev was awarded the Gold Medal "European Quality" by the European Scientific and Industrial Consortium (ESIC), awarded for outstanding achievements in the field of science, education, production and business. В.З. Аладьев – академик–секретарь Балтийского отделения Международной Академии Ноосферы, профессор, доктор математики (DSc). Он родился 14 июня 1942 в г. Гродно, крещен 14 июля 1942 в Фарном костеле г. Гродно (Западная Беларусь), в 1959 г. поступил на первый курс физико–математического факультета Гродненского университета, а в 1962 г. был переведен на отделение "Математики" Тартуcкого университета (Эстония), который в 1966 г. успешно закончил по специальности "Математика". В 1969 г. поступил в аспирантуру Академии Наук Эстонии по специальности "Теория вероятностей и математическая статистика", которую успешно закончил в 1972 сразу по двум специальностям "Теоретическая кибернетика" и "Техническая кибернетика". В 1972 г. ему была присвоена докторская степень по математике (DSc) у проф. Р. Беллмана (США) за работу "Mathematical Theory of Homogeneous Structures and Their Applications". Одноименная монография впервые в СССР ввела русскоязычную терминологию (ныне общепринятую) основных понятий и определений теории однородных структур (классических клеточных автоматов), представила ряд новых результатов и была признана лучшим монографическим изданием АН ЭССР за 1972 г., в значительной степени инициировав интерес к данной проблематике в СССР. С 1969 г. Аладьев В.З. – Президент созданной им Таллиннской творческой группы (ТТГ), научные результаты которой получили международное признание, прежде всего, в области исследований по математической теории однородных структур (клеточных автоматов). С 1972 по 1990 г.г. занимал ответственные посты (зав. сектором, главный инженер, зам. директора по науке) в ряде проектно–технологических и исследовательских организаций г. Таллинна (Эстония). Деятельность В.З. Аладьева на этих постах неоднократно отмечалась наградами и премиями Совета министров СССР, ЦСУ СССР, ВГПТИ ЦСУ СССР и др. В.З. Аладьев – основной автор более 500 научных и научно–технических работ (включая 90 монографий, книг и сборников статей), опубликованных в СССР, России, ФРГ, Белоруссии, Эстонии, Литве, Украине, ГДР, Чехословакии, Венгрии, Японии, США, Голландии, Болгарии и Великобритании. С 1972 г. является референтом и членом редколлегии международного математического журнала "Zentralblatt fur Mathematik" и с 1980 г. – членом IAMM (International Accociation on Mathematical Modelling, USA). Им создана Эстонская школа по математической теории однородных структур, фундаментальные результаты которой получили международное признание и легли в основу нового раздела современной математической кибернетики. Немало прикладных работ Аладьева В.З. относится к информатике, среди которых следует отметить широко известные книги по системам компьютерной математики. This Aladjev`s monograph is on Google Disk. The monograph, with one degree or another degree of detail, provides an overview of scientific and applied activity directions of the Tallinn Research Group throughout its activity during 1970-2022, including cellular automata theory, computer mathematics systems MathCAD, Maple and Mathematica, general statistics theory and other fields. Finally, the monograph is of some cognitive interest in terms of analyzing the development and functioning of research groups as independent scientific communities whose role in scientific research will only increase over time. It is worth focusing on the fact that to a large extent the real monograph is of a pronounced final nature, relating to the activity of the Tallinn Research Group and the associated Baltic branch of the International Academy of Noosphere, whose activity has been rather seriously decreased due to a number of significant enough circumstances since July 2022.
