Shuhuh tribe member forcibly disappeared - URGENT ACTION - 23/02/2022

Masoud Ali Abdullah al-Shahi, a member of the Shuhuh tribe, has been subjected to an enforced disappearance, a crime under international law, since his arbitrary arrest on 19 December 2021 by members of the Omani Internal Security Agency. His whereabouts are unknown and he is at risk of torture or ill-treatment. Amnesty International urges the Omani authorities to disclose his whereabouts and release him immediately. Take action.
