The Australian National University (ANU) wishes to invite entries for the 25th ANU Open Championship 2017 and ANU Minor (Under 1600) Championship 2017.

RATE OF PLAY
60 minutes a side plus 10 seconds per move from the start (Fischer)
ENTRY FEE:
$80 Adult; $60 Juniors and Concessions.
$10 discount for entries received before Friday 21st July
Entry is free for GMs, WGMs, IMs and WIMs.
Entries close at 9:30am on Saturday 29th July.

Players are eligible for only one prize. In the event of a tie for the trophy, the winner will be decided on a count back of scores. 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes are guaranteed. All other prizes are dependent upon the number of entries received. Unrated players in the Minor Section are only eligible for the Unrated Prize.
Rating and special prizes will be awarded based on the highest Score achieved – Score expected) for each eligible player.
