Format
All accepted papers will be presented in the SRW poster session. In addition, each author will have the opportunity to provide a short oral presentation about their work. These presentations will be limited to 5 minutes for research papers, and 10 mins for thesis proposals, and should provide the high-level overview of the research question under study and advertise the proposed solution and/or experimental results. Questions and deeper technical discussion of the work will take place during the poster session. The dates for the presentations are:
Oral Presentations: July 28, 16:30-17:55
Poster Session: July 28, 18:00pm - 19:30pm (during main conference short paper poster session)
Guidelines for poster presentations:
Poster size should not exceed 90*120 cm, A0 portrait will be perfect
The assignment of easels to posters can be found in the registration package.
You are expected to be present at your poster during the whole session.
What will be provided for each poster?
A self-standing poster easel measuring 100 cm wide and 240 cm high (poster size should not exceed 90*120 cm, A0 portrait will be perfect).
Pins and tape to mount posters to the easels will be provided.
