Format

All accepted papers will be presented in the SRW poster session. In addition, each author will have the opportunity to provide a short oral presentation about their work. These presentations will be limited to 5 minutes for research papers, and 10 mins for thesis proposals, and should provide the high-level overview of the research question under study and advertise the proposed solution and/or experimental results. Questions and deeper technical discussion of the work will take place during the poster session. The dates for the presentations are:

Oral Presentations: July 28, 16:30-17:55

Poster Session: July 28, 18:00pm - 19:30pm (during main conference short paper poster session)

Guidelines for poster presentations:

• Poster size should not exceed 90*120 cm, A0 portrait will be perfect

• The assignment of easels to posters can be found in the registration package.

• You are expected to be present at your poster during the whole session.

What will be provided for each poster?

• A self-standing poster easel measuring 100 cm wide and 240 cm high (poster size should not exceed 90*120 cm, A0 portrait will be perfect).

• Pins and tape to mount posters to the easels will be provided.
